Life needs homes affordability

We must stop large estates being built on green farm land, which will feed us if we save it. Once fields are gone – we’ve lost that food to eat forever!

Instead of high profit, high priced – large house builder ‘estates’, we NEED urban re-development, to better use the space and homes designs we have within our current settlements – because landscapes are what makes village life sustainable long-term!

1. THE HOMES MARKET IS DOMINATED ‘BY SPECULATORS’; WHICH KEEPS PEOPLE OUT OF BRICK BUILT PROPERTY OWNERSHIP, SO STARTING A FAMILY IS DANGEROUSLY DELAYED – TO OFTEN LATE 30’s!

…& 2. IT ISN’T SENSIBLE TO COMPETE WITH SPECULATORS; NEITHER SHOULD WE RENT THEIR PROPERTIES!!

Life needs sustainable home provision ‘to own, at every stage of life; EVEN IF IT ISN’T MADE OF BRICK. Why not on or near farmland that can feed us? Cave men hunted and gathered, sheltered in rock holes and lived FREE, but we can’t live like that. Our farmland contacts and policies, would help youngsters to home themselves without mortgages. Watch ‘Hotting Up Homes’, click on: http://youtu.be/hwK0sOjKrWg

Saving money for a home is vital (not paying rent) – even if the home is of temporary material to start with.

THE TROUBLE WITH DEBT AT THE MOMENT

Currently all new money is created out of thin air, by banks, by creating a digital debt for borrowers to repay (with interest). This process gums up the works, because nobody can avoid the debt we try to pass on to each other, as we each try to earn enough, not only to repay the ‘initial sum’, but the interest too! In effect, creating wealth credit for banks and accumulating an ever larger debt (which can never be paid off), for country’s, businesses and individuals.

…(So national debts rise (with ever increasing interest charges), we are squeezed for higher taxes, we never have enough to pay for the goods and services our employers make, quality of goods and services get shoddier (in an attempt to continue to sell into a market, which doesn’t have enough to spend), businesses fail, people lose jobs, government costs rise, taxes have to go up….ad infinitum; until the debt bubble pops, with negative equity, bankruptcy, collapse of confidence, family break ups and ruin!)

The only way young adults can build lives, is to avoid debt (or negative spending), from day one! This means using money (or their spending), to build lives, by concentrating on their priorities. Click options: artwork GARDEN SLEEPOVER

IT’S EVERYONE’S CHILDREN WE ARE TALKING ABOUT

They will need a home of their own eventually. N.B. Renting one is not good, because it will only put tenants wages, into an asset (frozen money), which a speculator can accumulate; whilst you get poorer.

So the first thing to do, is to live somewhere FREE, until they can afford to buy a means of their own, to avoid putting money into somebody else’s asset bank. Village Farms UK (through lifecentrestage), will offer rent-free accomodation, so people can save for a deposit – helped by interest-free loans!!

We AIM WITH LAND to help all young adults to grasp these facts (from a very early age); so they won’t waste money or opportunities, but will create happier, safer, more sustainable lives for themselves – all without debt, debt repayments and interest on debt. Your agreement ‘for a better life & funeral, with FREE local currency , will help us to make this happen, for the next generation.

Help everyone by joining our e-petition when it starts: More money for me, and help by being vocal; about money that costs poorer people MORE than it costs the wealthy, who have enough already!
